If you have deleted files by mistake, or a drive has stopped opening, there is often a good chance of getting your photos and documents back. The sooner you stop using the device, the better the chance.
What we can and cannot do
We can recover deleted files from a healthy drive, and often from a drive with file system damage or a failing drive that still responds. We do not have a clean room, so a drive that is physically damaged inside may need a specialist lab, and we will tell you that early rather than charge you for an attempt that cannot work.
We cannot promise to recover everything. We tell you what looks recoverable before you pay for a full recovery.
What to do right now
Switch the device off. Do not keep using it, do not install recovery software on the same drive, and do not keep trying a drive that clicks or grinds. Every extra write or spin can make recovery harder.

What if my drive is clicking?
Switch it off and do not keep trying it. A clicking drive may have a mechanical fault, which can be beyond what we can do without a clean room. We tell you honestly after assessment.
